When I entered real estate, I noticed something immediately.
Most agents are talented.
But most operate reactively.
They reinvent listing descriptions.
They scramble for social content.
They guess at consultation flow.
They copy scripts from Facebook groups.
They unintentionally risk compliance issues.
And they spend hours doing work that could be systemized.
As someone with a background in operations, accounting, compliance, and multi-role leadership, I saw the gap.
AI was not the solution by itself.
Structure was.
So I built the NC Realtor AI Operating System™.
Not a prompt pack.
An operating framework.
Because AI without compliance is reckless.
And productivity without professionalism is short-lived.
AI should not replace professionalism.
It should reinforce it.
Compliance is not optional.
It is leadership.
Structure creates freedom.
And serious professionals deserve serious systems.
If you are here, you are likely not looking for shortcuts.
You are building something.
So am I.

Mira AI Systems was created for serious professionals.
Agents who want leverage without cutting corners.
Loan officers who want efficiency without violating guidelines.
Broker-owners who want structured communication across teams.
This platform reflects who I am:
I built what I wish existed when I started.
Something structured.
Something responsible.
Something scalable.

I was born in New Jersey, raised in Puerto Rico and transitioned to the mainland as a teenager. I attended Wilbur Cross High School in Connecticut in 1995, but like many first-generation kids trying to find their place, I left in 9th grade. Not because I lacked ability. Because I lacked alignment.
By 16, I was working at McDonald’s on Ferry Street. I later moved into third shift operations at Trefz Corp, eventually becoming a manager and attending Hamburger University. At 18, I revealed my real age to my employer. At 19, I declined a supervisory role overseeing billion-dollar restaurant operations.
Even then, I understood something:
Responsibility without alignment is just pressure.
In 1999, I taught myself how to use a computer, created my first resume, and took a two-week temp job at Campbell Foundry. That turned into a 20-year career where I worked as a secretary, bookkeeper, inside sales coordinator, and office manager. I learned accounting systems. Operational structure. Vendor compliance. Documentation. Deadlines.
That foundation shaped everything that came after.
In 2004, I briefly worked in insurance with a Property & Casualty license.
In 2014, while still working full-time, I launched a Kinderdance franchise. I grew it from 2 students to over 1,500 children served and earned Rookie of the Year.
In 2020, I relocated to North Carolina. By November of that year, I was enrolled in real estate classes. By December, I was licensed.
On January 4, 2021, I joined RE/MAX Journey as a REALTOR® (NC License #326076).
In 2022, at age 43, I completed my High School Equivalency diploma. Not because I suddenly became capable. But because credentials matter in professional rooms.
Today, I serve clients as both:
I operate at the intersection of real estate, lending, and structured decision-making.
